The cost of each wood flower bloom is dependent on a few factors, including the flower type and size. Filler and greenery, both preserved or artificial also impact pricing. We always work with our clients and our suppliers to maximize the budget and get the best quality flowers for each event.
We source our flowers only from India with a Grade A provider we've trusted and worked with for over 4 years! Unfortunately due to rising tariffs placed on India, our pricing will be increasing slightly on 1/1/26 to reflect our challenges in offering you the best prices for our products. |

We’ll take into account your dress, venue, and colors as we walk you through your options in order to find out what you do and don’t like. Once we have an idea of what you’re drawn to, we’ll take that info and run with it to develop design options that align with your tastes and budget. |

Our non-refundable deposit for retainer is $300, which secures your date on our calendar (remember, we are limited in the number of weddings we take a month, so the most popular months fill up 18-24 months in advance!), as well as LOCKS IN TODAY'S PRICING for your wedding, even if it's 2 years ahead!
Your non-refundable deposit will be applied to your total cost of goods purchased once your contract is signed. Half of the balance is due 4-6 months prior to your event, with the remaining balance due at pick-up/delivery. Frequently our brides opt for a more flexible monthly or bi-monthly pay structure to make payments smaller! |

We like to schedule your initial consultation as soon as you have determined your wedding date and colors. During the initial consultation we will discuss the number of each type of arrangement needed, as well as explore floral and greenery options. This information is used to create your proposal and contract, at which point we charge our retainer/deposit.
Your second consultation will occur 4-6 months before your date and will be used to cement numbers and details. At this point, all prices are finalized. Any changes after this date are subject to additional fees. Please be aware that we book 1-2 years in advance, and frequently are booked up within a year of fall and spring dates. |
